Among other supplies, you keep track of not only your water, not only how it evaporates turn-to-turn, but how the rate of evaporation changes: "The exception is that Commonwealth units at the beginning of the game use a 9% evaporation rate, because they used inferior jerry cans until copying the German ones."TAGS
